Return Policy

At Mid Atlantic Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your guitar, we offer a straightforward return process. You can return your guitar within 7 Days of receiving it. To be eligible, the guitar must be returned in its original, unplayed condition, along with all included materials, such as the case and documentation.

Please contact us before initiating a return to receive instructions on packaging and shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the guitar. Once we receive and inspect the guitar, we will process your refund, minus 15% restocking fees. Custom-made guitars are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at steve@midatlanticguitars.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
